Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus

his training is intended to provide fundamental information regarding the use of Self Contained Breathing Apparatus, manufacturer’s recommendations, terminology essential to the user, industry standard and best-practice, and fundamental maintenance procedures.

The Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) course is designed for individuals who work in an area, may be exposed to hazardous atmospheres and may be required to don an SCBA. It is also recommended for supervisors and JHSC members that would be required to develop policies and procures.
